Fun Town is one of our favorite playground in Wuxi. It’s walking distance from our home and it’s walking distance from Coastal City mall and across the road from Coastal Bazaar. Fun Town has recently built a new set of playground just outside the KFC and it’s buzzing with kids every evening and weekends. Most of the equipment are for older kids so it’s not quite suitable for kids under 2 years old. Kele is now old and big enough to explore the area on her own without any assistance.
Fun Town still has the old playground intact so kids can switch between two playground which are right next to each other. Older playground is worn out a bit but they have a small network of tunnels kids can explore and pretend to be Mario and Luigi.
If you need to use the bathroom, you can use the toilet on the second floor of Fun Town. It even has nursing room and family bathroom for kids. It’s really handy when I had to change Kele’s diapers back when she was little. There’s KFC, Dominos, noodles shop, Starbucks and CF Café on the first floor so it’s convenient if you want to grab some food and snacks for the kids when they get hungry after playing.
